About Me
I’m a Clinical Psychologist with a Master of Science and a Postgraduate Diploma in Clinical Psychology from Victoria University of Wellington, which I completed in 2002.
Over the past two decades, I’ve worked with children, adolescents, adults, and families in a range of clinical and community settings.

My current practice is focused on working with adults, whether individually, as couples, or in group settings. I’ve also worked extensively with organisations in the areas of mental health, wellbeing, and suicide prevention. A core value in my work is recognising and respecting the cultural diversity of Aotearoa/New Zealand, and I aim to provide a safe, inclusive space for people from all backgrounds.

In addition to clinical work, I bring experience in facilitation, education, coaching, and training for a variety of organisations, agencies, and clinical teams in both the public and private sectors. I’ve also enjoyed teaching, supervising, and mentoring interns training to become clinical psychologists. My work has included advisory roles in suicide prevention and with the regulatory authority overseeing psychologists in New Zealand.

I am registered with the New Zealand Psychologists Board in the Clinical Scope, and a member of the New Zealand College of Clinical Psychologists (NZCCP). I adhere to the profession’s code of ethics, and I place the utmost importance on confidentiality and respectful care.

My approach is grounded in evidence-based therapies and a genuine commitment to supporting people through life’s challenges, with compassion, professionalism, and integrity.
